It offers a variety of resources, including urgent help and support, toolkits that can be used to address psychological health and safety, and webinars on empathic leadership, communication, stress management, and burnout reduction.

This is an online, self-paced, free training program designed to increase awareness, communication, and leadership around mental health in the workplace. It offers all levels of staff a framework for addressing psychological safety within the work environment.
This program provides 3 levels of education:
Level 1 Foundational Skills— designed for everyone in the workplace to learn more about mental health, teaches how to recognize and approach mental health challenges.
Level 2 Enhanced Skills— for leaders, supervisors, and managers, teaches communication skills and ways in which to support your team when facing mental health challenges.
Level 3 Advanced Skills— for Senior Leaders, HR, Occupational Health and Safety Officers, teaches businesses how to systematically apply the national standard for psychological health and safety.

Workplace mental health coaching is one-on-one coaching for employers and supervisors on workplace mental health and wellness. This program offers a direct connection with appropriate mental health resources to address mental health concerns such as workplace stress and burnout. With this program, Go2HR also helps facilitate mental health-related training such as the Workplace CARE Certificate program.

This is an eight-week virtual- and community-based series of courses that provides simple, practical skills for coping with stress, problem-solving, boosting your mood, and busting bad thoughts. Available in English, French, and Chinese. These courses are effective in improving resilience, well-being, mood, anxiety, and social support in Adults and Youth.

This is a free mental health telephone coaching program based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for people aged 13+ experiencing mild to moderate anxiety or depression. Youth learn skills to manage low mood, worry, and stress, and improve overall mental health. The program includes 4-6 sessions with a trained coach and is offered in English, French, Cantonese, Mandarin, and Punjabi.
No referral is needed to access the self-paced program.

This is a phone-based skill-building program for parents and caregivers of children ages 3-12 who experience mild to moderate anxiety or behaviour challenges. The behaviour program is a series of six or 14 weekly phone sessions. The Anxiety program is delivered through a series of online videos supported by four to eight weekly phone sessions.
A referral from a health care provider including a family doctor or pediatrician, Child and Youth Mental Health clinician, psychologist, teacher, school counselor, or early childhood educator is required.
